Returns

I am happy to accept returns if the items are unworn with original tags attached, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it, within 14 days of receiving the item. if 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunatley I cannot accept any return outside of this window. If an item is received with no tag or Packaging, visibly worn or wrecked, and or received outside of the 14 day window, you will need to arrange to have the product sent back to you at your own cost.

As I am the sole owner of knittedbyhannah, i am strict with the return process. as such, customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs associated with a return. I would recommend utilizing a carrier that offers tracking; i bare no responsibility for products lost in transit by the carrier.

Shipping costs:

Customers are responsible for any and all shipping costs and will not be refunded.

Refund process:

once i receive the return, i will process the refund within 7 business days. you will receive an email alert that your refund is being processed.

exchange policy:

i do not offer exchanges.

cancellation policy:

as i handknit all my products, i am unable to cancel your order if it has been longer than 5 days.
